Mary Mayo has spent the last twenty years facilitating and encouraging personal and professional growth through counseling. Presently functioning as Director of Total Living Christian Counseling Center. Providing counseling on Family Violence, Depression, Thoughts of Suicide, Neglect, Abuse, Fear, Anxiety, Incest, Drug and Alcohol Addictions, Single Parenting, Divorce Adjustment, Marriage Counseling (pre-marital and post-marital), Marital Conflict, Family Relationships, Stress Management, Sexual Dysfunction, Grief after the Loss of a Loved-One, Midlife Issues, Loneliness and Temperament.

Deloris is a North Carolina native with a heart for caring. Having been with the organization since 2006, she continues leverage her expertise in operations to assist in the development and growth of the company. Deloris strives for perfection and delivers.

Sandra Mayo Chief Financial Officer/Director Of Operations

Sandra Mayo contributes to the company’s mission, vision, and values by overseeing all functions of multiple centers business office operations. This includes financial analysis, financial management, cash flow, billing, collections, partnerships and all other duties as required for maintaining optimal business office operational performance.

Jamilah McClain, LCSW

Jamilah McClain Licensed Clinical Social Worker
(LCSW)

Jamilah McClain is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the state of North Carolina. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University in Social Work and earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Georgia. Jamilah has over 10 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and adults through individual and group sessions.

Jamilah has many years of experience working with individuals having trouble managing stressful life events such as trauma related sexual, physical and emotional abuse, loss of employment, family conflict, grief and loss, domestic violence, and anger related issues.

Jamilah provides therapy from a non-judgmental relaxed environment. So if you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life, she looks forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

Jessica Swain, Qualified Professional

Jessica W. Swain is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Social Work degree. Upon completion of her bachelor’s degree, she went on to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Urban Education (Community Counseling) at Norfolk State University. Jessica has worked in the mental health field since 2009. She has held several positions as a case manager and as a supervisor at private agencies. She also has worked at an eating disorder specialty behavioral hospital.

Shawn Lee, IT Consultant

Shawn Lee IT Consultant

Shawn Lee, a native of Raleigh NC, joined the Army right after High School. After 5yrs of Military services he switched from Finance to Computer Technology. “I was better at fixing computers and providing customer support than counting money. That switch was the best decision I ever made”. Customer service and Information technology is where his passion lies.

Rochelle adds over 20 years of compassionate healthcare to our staff. As a North Carolina native, she understands the healthcare needs of our community and strives daily to assist clients in reaching healthcare goals.
